Thank you City of Statesville for participating in our#NationalGarbageManDay Celebration with the Milton Road Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte. The celebration provided an opportunity for the children to take a field trip to the Toter plant to learn how garbage cans are made, to explore garbage trucks up close and to thank garbage workers for their service. Drivers from the City of Statesville, Waste Pro and Amrep Inc. were on hand to answer questions about their equipment and careers in the waste industry. More photos and stories from the day to come!
