We honor Bill White and the White/ Estes Waste Solutions family and staff as heroes in honor of Waste and Recycling Workers Week. Bill White is a dedicated family man who works hard every day to instill values of honesty, integrity, and commitment to his family and his employees. Bill goes above and beyond every day to commit himself to his customers and family. He even applies the decals by hand to every front load containers, so they look perfect for the customer!
The Estes family has been in the waste solutions business in Southern Indiana since the early 1940’s. Norman W. Estes, Sr. began working with his father at an early age and eventually started his own excavating and environmental cleanup business. Norman’s children, Wally and Michelle, followed him into the family business and with his assistance started their own waste solutions businesses in the late 90’s. By volunteering and giving back to the community, the Estes/White family is dedicated to making the world a better place to live.
