Wastequip honors David as a humble hero for National Waste & Recycling Workers Week!
For over 40 years, David has worked for the City of Burbank following in his father’s footsteps. He works alongside his brother and nephew to keep the family tradition alive to work hard in the waste industry.
David gives back in the community in many ways including Herbies Heroes, a charity that works with the Make-A-Wish America foundation and Star Cars, a club involved in fundraisers and special events. David and his family have been recognized by Disney with the Herbie the Love Bug (Volkswagen) clone that he and his son restored for special events like the Herbie Fully Loaded world premiere at The El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
He received a proclamation from the city for his good work! Go David!
We also provided lunch for the City of Burbank employees for National #GarbageMan Day. #WastequipCares
