Our Company History
The company was founded in 2004 by its members J. Mark Dunning, Phillip Makowski, and Barry Martin with combined refuse company management experience of more than 60 years. Cumberland Service’s core business is specializing in commercial Solid Waste Collection and Disposal, and Recycling Services. Cumberland locates its principal office in Brundidge, Alabama and maintains sales and operations facilities in Kingsland and Brunswick, Georgia.
