In Loving Memory of Vince Nalencz of Eagle Disposal of East Earl

RIPWR1

Vince Nalencz

Company: Eagle Disposal of East Earl

Years of Service: 1+

Comments: Vince Nalence, 24, known by his friends as “Vinny” is just one of the victims year round that passed away due to injuries sustained while working his morning route. Nalencz was a thriving young man that loved his family and loved children. His family shared that he would take great pride in being a Big Brother to not only the neighborhood children, but to local organizations. His family even asked for donations of unwrapped toys for the Toys For Tots program in lieu of flowers so that his caring heart can continue to give. He took pride in his job although only working there for a short time. He will be remembered fondly and thanks to him, further investigations are being made to help prevent more instances like this and hazards that sanitation workers face daily.

We will not forget you, Vince Nalencz.

Together, let’s honor the memory of the men and women who have served by our side. Whether on the garbage trucks, delivering portable sanitation units, or working in the offices and repair shops, the employees of our industry serve important roles and are very special people. As we remember this fallen hero of the waste industry, we join with their family and co-workers to honor their service.
