Mouhcine Fikri

Company: Morocco National

Years of Service: 5+

Comments: Mouhcine Fikri, 31, from Al-Hoceima near Morocco passed away while trying to uphold the local law. Fikri was a firm and loving man and even King Mohammed VI offered his condolences to Fikri’s family. A very fierce and gentleman, Fikri remained true to his values and because of his death, revolution throughout the industry will take place for Moroccans. “Long live the people” has become the staple set by Fikri, and thousands attended his funeral and mourn his loss. Thanks to Fikri, true “dignity” is being restored to sanitary workers nationwide.

We will not forget you, Mouhcine Fikri.

Together, let’s honor the memory of the men and women who have served by our side. Whether on the garbage trucks, delivering portable sanitation units, or working in the offices and repair shops, the employees of our industry serve important roles and are very special people. As we remember this fallen hero of the waste industry, we join with their family and co-workers to honor their service.
