Comments: Charles R. Clark, 84, of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, was known lovingly as the Godfather of SMC, Charlie was the force behind building one of the nation’s greatest, and most awarded, Sales and Marketing Councils, the official marketing branch of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Charlie was instrumental in nationally launching other SMC Chapters and he had a deep passion for helping to educate Realtors and site agents in all aspects of selling and knowing their buyer. He worked tirelessly with others to create the Certified Site Agent training, now known as CSP and Advanced CSP, along with the MIRM designation.
We will not forget you, Charles R. Clark.
