Governor Phil Scott recognized the leadership of Joe Soulia of Casella for his exemplary work supporting workers with disabilities. At a ceremony held at the Rutland, VT recycling facility, Joe received the 2017 “Spirit of the ADA” award from the Governor’s Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities. The awards are given to employers who reflect the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act in their employment practices. Congratulations to Joe and his team!
