Wayne was recently promoted to Supervisor in the Solid Waste Division. He has been with the City of Tampa for over 27 years. In that time, he has driven and been involved with equipment at the Transfer Station, Residential Department, all levels of the Commercial Department, Containers, and assisted with duties in the Administration section of the Department. He is a trusted mentor, a driver Supervisor, and book of knowledge with regard to City Policy, and Customers.
