We have made a commitment to our front line team to be on the look out for core values in action. Today we presented Dean Ferris as our first core value of Service! Dean goes above and beyond for our customers to give each of them a personal touch to their service. Whether it’s honking for kids or tossing dog treats to the neighbor dogs, Dean is always on the look out to serve.
As we recognize our employees they will be memorialized in posters that will go around our new safety meeting area that is being renovated over the next few weeks!
