Congratulations to Mr. Caldwell for his position on the National Waste & Recycling Association as one of the Board of Trustees. Barry H. Caldwell is the Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer for Waste Management. As senior vice president of corporate affairs and chief legal officer, Barry H. Caldwell has primary responsibility for legal, corporate secretary, state and federal Policy, corporate communications and community relations, real estate, security and aviation. He is a member of the Company’s senior leadership team and reports to Waste Management President and Chief Executive Officer, David P. Steiner.
