Congratulations to Mr. Colosimo on his position with the National Waste & Recycling Association as a Board of Trustee member. Tony started in the waste business in 1993 with a few trucks and a desire to become a leader in the industry. Since then Tony, along with his brother who joined him two years later, has grown his companies exponentially. Tony’s foresight has allowed him to expand into recycling and landfill diverting operations. He is an active local leader that champions environmental sustainability through meaningful landfill diversion. Tony also sits on many boards and committees nationwide and is considered a pioneer in the waste industry. Tony is Iowa State alum with a degree in Business and Public Relations.
