Who knew there was a Waste and Recycling Workers Week!! Each day this week, we will celebrate our workers by telling a story or sharing some nice words we received from residents. This one came in over email a few weeks ago: “I would like thank our sanitation and recycling crew. They do such an excellent job. They are also very cordial. A lot of times the sanitation crew brings my recycling bins right up to my garage door as I am not able to walk very well. Please extend my thanks to these hard-working and not appreciated men and women. Thank you so much have a pleasant day and a good summer”
